The globalization project, which i choose to call the blueprint of globalization, does not seek the serve the interest of the African continent in my opinion. That notwithstanding i believe Africa as a continent can also take advantage of the situation and make the best out it. It has obviously come to stay and so we need to get to a point where we can also contribute significantly to the globalization project such that it favours us.

After carefully on Outsourcing on the Globalization Project in Practice I think Afrcans need to spur a revolution and a total liberation from the world masters. Our leaders however after my analysis are have done is more harm than good. I dnt know if our politicians read Globalization and Development but if they don't, they should go back to the classroom. They are doing everything bad.

The term globalization captures the attention of everyone especially economic development researchers . This would minimize the economic marginalization of Africa and increase it utilization of its raw materials and human resources

With this knowledge of how African countries are baited, the proposed solution or path to economic liberalization is somewhat impossible. The complexity of globalization makes it difficult for African countries to pause and rethink about the situations which are likely to cost posterity.

All hope is lost for the African government, because globalization is inevitable and can only be managed rather than crawling out of its web.

Outsourcing
Ghana has withnessed various governement organizations outsourced in the bid to increase productivity and operational flexibility as well as reduce cost production.

Truely, we are caught in the web and Africa needs to only manage the situation rather than fighting the system.
